I create digital art in a cartoonish style. When I'm not working on commissions, I'm either making a comic or other personal art.

Payment will be done through either ko-fi or PayPal.

Payment will be requested once the sketch has been sent, I will not continue until payment has been received.

I will only offer refunds in the circumstances where I am unable to complete your commission. This does not include buyers violating the tos.

Once you have received your commission, you may do with it as you please as long as I am credited - this is for personal use. For commercial use, see the commercial use terms below.

Failure to comply with TOS may result in blacklisting.

I can deny your commission request for whatever reason I deem suitable. You are free to request an explanation, but please do not argue.

I will try to keep you updated on the progress of your commission, and will more often than not prioritise it. For this reason, I request you at least wait a little bit before poking me on how completed it is.

Please tell me anything you'd like changed when the sketch is sent! It's much easier for me to edit it in that stage than further through the process. This being said, you are allowed to request edits at any stage, and I will make sure to ask if you'd like any changes in case you're worried to bring it up yourself.

I reserve the right to halt the service at any point if an issue arises that causes me to be uncomfortable with you or the commission. I will never do this without saying something.

I will keep you notified on the status of your comission. If something stops me from being able to complete it in efficient time, I will make it my priority to tell you.

FOR COMMISSIONS £100+: You may either agree to pay the entire sum once the sketch has been seen as usual, OR pay half at the sketch and half once the artwork is completed. The finished artwork sent will be watermarked and blurred slightly until the other half of payment is sent, when I will then send the unwatermarked/blurred art. Once an agreement on how and when you will pay is made, you may not go back on this agreement. I will not continue past the sketch without at least half payment.

If you wish to use my artwork commercially, I will either require an extra 50% upfront, or 10% of all sales in royalties.

If you intend to use my work commercially, you are required to tell me from the start. If I find out later that you have been selling my work without permission, I will have it taken down and blacklist you from commissioning me again.

I would like to be kept updated on the status of any art offers made. I am willing to wait as long as you may need, but please tell me as soon as possible if you feel you cannot complete your payment so I can put the design back up for offers.

If you plan on redesigning a design received from me, I ask that you at least don't do so immediately upon receiving them. Please also try to keep the redesign at least somewhat recognisable in relation to the original.

I reserve the right to halt the service at any point if an issue arises that causes me to be uncomfortable with you.

Please notify me before retrading/selling a design from me, and please also do not resell a design for more than you bought it for UNLESS there is extra art/commission value added on. I may want the design back in my possession.

I request that you do not give a design of mine to someone on my blacklist(listed below). If you disregard this term especially, you may find yourself on the blacklist as well.
